The Sunshine House is a modern take on the classic Hudson Valley barn. The form is simple and honest: a tight rectangular plan under a steep gabled metal roof, clad in vertical cedar with a fieldstone chimney rising through the ridge. Big windows and a covered deck push the living space out into the landscape, so the meadows and hills feel less like a view and more like part of the room. AFTER PURCHASE
After you purchase your plans, you will receive an email with a PDF version of your construction drawings, along with the included worksheets. If you need help finding a builder, please reach out, as we offer full-service project management services in some markets, or can help set you up with one of our in-network prefab builders.
