Introducing: Offsite Studio

I really hate improv, but I’ve always been a big fan of “Yes, and…” principles. When we started Offsite I didn’t have intentions to take on contract work, but since we launched the cabin there’s been a steady flow of requests to design spaces and objects for others. I said no repeatedly, but at some point a few that were too good to turn down came along - at first because of the people involved, and more recently because of the projects.

All this is to say that I’m very excited to officially say that Offsite Studio - our internal design studio - is now openly taking on external projects! We have a few requirements that projects must meet for us to consider working on them. They are as follows:
The project must be either creative in nature or bring nature to you, creatively.
Sustainability must be a priority.
Clients must be kind.
If you have a project you’re interested in discussing, please respond to this email directly or email hello@offsite.camp - we’d love to chat! While we’re primarily designing spaces, we’re interested in anything that intersects with the creativity, nature and culture. That could be a cabin, furniture, product or anything else you’re dreaming up.
Here’s a list of a few of the projects we’ve been working on:
An 800 sf ADU in San Francisco to be used as a ceramics studio
The redesign of a small creative compound in upstate NY
A 1600 sf. Home in Washington State
A 1000 sf addition to a cabin in upstate NY
A 25 unit Offsite Camp outside of Yosemite National Park
On top of that, our cabin in Wassaic is officially open for the season! We’re offering 3 night rentals at the moment. If there’s a rental period that’s not available and you’re interested in, please reach out and we can see what we can do!
Thanks for reading! Subscribe to Offsite Camp to stay up to date on our projects.
