Our design and project management package will have Offsite in your team from beginning to end of your cabin journey. Intended for those ready to build, we’ll work with you to prep your property, hire local labor, source local materials and ensure your cabin is built properly. 
If you choose to build through Offsite, the cost of this package will be deducted from the cost of construction.

- 1 hour Zoom Call kickoff

- Design best practices: How to create a cabin that meets your needs.

- Design choices for size, equipment, foundation, structure and form.

- 4 hours of design time for your renderings

Outcome: 3D massing model for your cabin with all major features for review.
